After a lifelong interest in natural health, the owner began their journey in holistic therapies over 15 years ago. The owner's training was with some of the most experienced and skilled teachers in their fields from among the top colleges in the United Kingdom and the owner gained all highly placed qualifications.

Changes Therapeutic Centre was opened in May 2012 with the aim of providing the very best in holistic care. Their focus is on a holistic approach through personalized treatment.

Each client's needs will determine the unique therapy they will receive; whether this is a standard massage or combination of a specialized massage with other disciplines such as nutrition, counselling, pain relief, or skin care healing.
